On the 9th and 10th of January this year, I had the pleasure to stay at your hotel while on business. My stay was uneventful, by which I mean that everything worked perfectly and met the high standards that I have become accustomed to at a Four Season's Hotel

The reason that I write is to tell you about the "extra step" that happened to me after I had departed the hotel. I booked through your reception a Goldstar Limousine driven by Mr Vladimir Kovak and enjoyed talking with him on the ride out to the airport. On being dropped off I immediately discovered that I had left my mobile phone on the back seat of the car. I was able to call the phone and Mr Kovak turned his car around immediately and kindly returned the phone to me.

I sincerely hope that you will bring the contents of this letter to his attention and that of his company. The service provided by Mr Kovak reflected not only upon him but moreover on your choice of his company as a provider of high quality service. I recently had use of your company to collect my wife and I from Sydney Airport (Sunday 17 Nov) to the Sydney Inter-Continental Hotel and return to Sydney Airport (Thursday 21 Nov). The driver on both occasions was Alex. The trip to Sydney was a special occasion for my wife and I (25th Wedding Anniversary) and I wanted everything to be perfect.

From the moment Alex met us at Sydney Airport to the Hotel, his professionalism, yet approachability, was outstanding. We were so impressed with his manner, his courtesy, his professionalism, that we requested him to collect us on the Thursday for the trip back to the airport. I was thrilled to see him (again on time) and greeting my wife and I warmly. The trip to the airport was extremely enjoyable, as with the company of someone you feel able to relax with.

I cannot commend Alex more highly than to say should we be back in Sydney again, we woud be requesting Alex to meet us again at the airport.

Well done, and many thanks Alex. You made our few days in Sydney (first and last days) just perfect. With my thanks
